Our services are for young adults who answer yes to any of these questions:

Change starts with a belief that life can be different. It takes courage to try new things and commitment to take action. You can choose to move forward and create a meaningful, passionate life. The question is: Are you ready?
What are the private sessions like?
Private sessions are 50 minutes and are offered face to face, online or by telephone.
The sessions will focus on what you want to create in your life following this five step process:
Step 1. Discovery. Gain clarity on who you are by uncovering your unique strengths, talents and passions.
Step 2. Self-Awareness. Explore new perspectives. Identify how limiting thoughts and/or behaviors are impacting your life.
Step 3. Growing Knowledge. Learn about science-based approaches (e.g. mindfulness, reframing) and powerful strategies.
Step 4. Committing to Change. Envision where you are going. Commit to doing things differently. Accountability measures.
Step 5. Taking Action. Create an individualized, easy-to-implement action plan with strategies to keep you on course.
I will partner with you in this process of growth and transformation. You can expect me to be honest, compassionate, vulnerable and authentic. This is a space of limitless possibilities where you are free to create and explore anything you desire. I will deeply listen to you and contribute powerful questions, observations, relevant educational information, new perspectives, and activities. You will be guided to tap into your intuition and identify restricting beliefs and patterns. Together, we will create an action plan to which your coach will hold you responsible and accountable.

What is the difference between private sessions and therapy?
Our private sessions follow a 5-step process that integrates knowledge gained from multiple science-based approaches and disciplines including traditional medicine, mind-body medicine (e.g. meditation, mindfulness), integrative medicine, and life coaching. The focus is on what you want to create in your life. Although private sessions and therapy can complement each other, we do not offer therapy. We support you to develop strategic actions to help you move forward. Our services do not attempt to explain behaviors, delve into your past, or identify pathology. If we feel it would be in your best interest to see a therapist or another health professional, we will discuss this with you and give you an appropriate referral(s).
What about confidentiality?
All information you share will be kept strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where I am required by law to report it, such as intent to harm yourself or someone else.
How do I get started?
As change happens over time, we recommend clients engage in private sessions for at least three months. Partnerships are commonly three to six months in duration.
Here is a list of the steps involved:
Step 1. Contact Patti to schedule a free 20 minute phone consultation to learn more and have your questions answered.
Step 2. Discovery Session (90 minutes). We will review your intake forms, discuss your goals and begin to design how we want to work together.
Step 3. Six Private Sessions (60 minutes each) scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.
